Hi all. I'm back. I ended up doing LIC Cardio Blast premix as planned and it was great. I love learning new workouts, but sometimes an old favorite is just what I need to get going.
Belinda, good luck deciding on the bb. 300 lbs does sound like too much weight. I have a 100 lb set (nothing fancy--just a set I got from the Sports Authority for $50-60 or so.
Christina, I really want to try kettlebells some time--they seem like challenging workout tools.
Stephanie, luckily I did do my workout--don't want any scoldings from you.
Michelle, good luck with the move--is it a long move or an across town sort of move?
Heidi, not sure where the heartburn came from. For breakfast I had an egg beater (scrambled) and a small bowl of bite-size shredded wheat--plain, not a frosted kind of anything. Oh, and coffee--but I always have coffee so nothing unusual. It went away after a couple hours--I think the workout helped some.
Sherry, I have trouble getting enough sleep, too. I went to bed early last night but I still feel like I haven't quite caught up. Maybe we should both pledge to get more rest.
Gayle, congrats on your probably PTA prez election. I'm friends with our PTA prez and that woman is a dynamo. She's also in charge of the church school at our church. I also seem to see her everywhere around town--I swear it's like she's cloned herself. Hope you have access to cloning technology.
