The parts from C&W include aerobics and then you move right into the little bit of weight work.You don't do all of the weight work.You stop when she goes to get her heavier dumbells.
I only did the first 2 section today and hit a level 10 on interval #5.When I do cardio on Friday I am going to do the other half.Takes about 35 min so it is still longer then the run.
Hope I helped.The other 2 terminator workouts are much more complex then this one.But are AWESOME workouts.The DVD is well worth the money!
