BFFM week of 9/18

Hi Burners,
I hope to join your group as well!:) I bought Tom's book not to lose weight, but to help gain muscle. The ironic part I found is that the food plan fits a lot of what I eat (ie. my favorite breakfast is Oatmeal, with eggs) already. I drink protein shakes during the day to keep up my energy so that won't be a problem either. The hardest part will be drinking all that that water, but I am going to try. (I also won't be able to really sit down for a full snack at my job but I am sure the shakes will do just fine.)

Well, time for my work out!
