There are so many different opinions on this but I just wanted to through it out there and see what you guys though about the subject. What do you think is the best kind of rotation to lose body fat (especially belly fat)? When I gain weight i tend to just fill out all over but I notice a little extra goes to the low belly and upper thighs. Also I am a meso with endo tendencies (I gain weight easily.. both muscle and fat.. I gotta be careful lol). What kinda rotation would you guys suggest for me? More of an endurance or more weight work? My goal is to get chisled.. I would like to be a mix of Debbie (aka fitnessfreak lol) and Cathe lol. What do you guys think?
Just in case its important so you guys can answer I'm about 5'7, 160 lbs. Have kinda a boy build in the sense that I don't have much of an hour glass going on at all and not much in the boob department haha. I do have a bigger butt and thighs though Thanks!
