Wow, I feel so honoured that some of you are mentioning my scrapple lady! :eek: Well, actually, SHE is very honoured. :D

OMG! That was hilarious Liann! Thanks for explaining my avatar for me! :p I'm just trying to demonsrate that I'm as afraid of cookies as Wendy was of Jack. I guess I'd rather be hacked to death than put a few extra inches on my waist. :eek:

Also I'm a huge Stephen King fan. One might even say I'm his #1 fan. :D

Jeez, the pancake man & Limecat are both pretty good, that'd be a tough decision...........
 
That is so cool! Take lots of pics! My fave is the Stand. I never get tired of that book. Even the TV movie was awesome, I watch it every time it's on.
 
I just figured you were scared of the cookie monster - and I have to tell that I saw Stephen King a couple of weeks ago - he is kind of scary looking - he looked like he needed a shower and a comb!
 
He seems to always look like that. I think it might have something to do w/the fact that the poor man is blind.

Okay, assuming you can't vote for yourself - I'll say anybody with Cathe in their avatar is tied for first, with LauraMax's hilarious shot from "The Shining" a close second.
 
I'm glad to finally understand Laura's avatar! I would always get a glimpse of it and think it WAS a picture of Laura and didn't like it b/c Laura is MUCH more beautiful than that woman (sorry, forgot her name :eek:).

Too bad we cannot vote for our own though, My2girls would get my vote in a second ;)

I need to go browse around a little more!

Didn't you post that you also just moved to Maine? My hubby worked there (in Bangor) for about a year and we went for a visit. I LOVED it up there (compared to Houston, TX...I wanted to move). We say Stephen King's house, but never him. Great place he has there.
 
I have been here my whole life - we are about 30 miles north of Portland. We actually saw Stephen King at a hospital - he pulled up to the ER door in his Mercedes, we were about 20 feet from him - so I know it was him. He is a strange looking man - you wonder what goes on in that brain of his!!

I just went back and reread the other post, wondering where I got the idea you had just moved there. You had written that you have been there for day 1, and I read 1 day!!! My brain has not been completely with me today :rolleyes:
 
LauraMax's avatar is very interesting. It says a lot with one picture.

Besides, limecat (love the limecat) I like the other cat avatar too- with the pink hooded sweatshirt and the boxing gloves. Who's is that??
I'm not even a cat person. - where are all the cute dog avatars??
