I just did a search to see what you all were talking about. I never really pay any attention to the CardioCoach or similar posts because I am not a runner but wow when someone posts a link to the same website in almost every single post and doesn't want to recognize what is so evident to other people yeah I get really suspicious. And of course who could forget the Ruserious dude, thank the lord he is gone.
It almost feels like they are shoving their products down our throats, all we can do is not give them an audience right!

Me too....I find more and more workouts/instructors to like...so many workouts....so little money....

BTW, thanks to Pixiesis who I believe was responsible for bring the the Hawaii chair and I together. I'm a little dizzy, but I have ripped, shredded abs just from sitting at my desk and doing a Gantt chart. You ROCK Pixiesis aka "Hula Chair Pimper"

PS: Pimp and all it's lovely derivatives is the magic word today....extra special for those of you who fondly recall the "magic word of the day" the Pee Wee Herman show.

And I didn't even know who the heck ruserious was, so I did a search and found that whole thread about STS vs P90x... OMG - hilarious!!! ruserious should be inducted in the Cathe Forums Hall of Fame! :p
