Which workout has the basketballs corner to corner? I remember doing them and for the life of me, I can't find it anymore.

Are you talking about basketballs corner to corner on the step and then you do a repeater over? Pretty sure that is in one of the BM workouts but I can't remember if it's the original or BM2. I think she might also do that in Step Blast?!

It definitely one of the "old" ones--either original BM, Step Works or Power Max. I love those workouts!

Okay, now this is going to drive ME crazy. I know basketballs are in some of the newer step ones, too. I didn't know about the facebook picture--I'd love to see it.

I *think* the basketballs corner to corner are in 4D's-LIS or HIS.

I swore up and down it was in BM. They're in the last segment I think and boy I remember being winded by then. And it was definitely Basketballs where you kinda jump/hop and "shoot" with your hands. It was corner to corner on the front side and then on the back side too.
