Me too, I'm in. Barbell work with slower rep counts, and heavy weight.

This is something I would be excited about. Cathe's barbell work (High Reps etc.) are so efficient. Would very much appreciate some classic landmine lifts/moves.
Awesome ..thanks for the tip. I used this today! I don't have an actual landmine .....I usually use a groove in the fireplace. lol. I like your method better.I've only just realised that turning my high step topper upside down makes a great way to wedge the barbell in place!
Also great for training with unilateral weaknesses etc like scoliosis. So I'm all in.Unilateral landline would bring some variation
