can someone please explain what these are? Are there similar ones in previous workouts to compare? I see 2 exercises: standing 21s & seated 1.5...please help, I want to finish up my UB testing today.
21's - perform 7 reps bottom of move to mid point, then 7 reps mid point of move to top point, then 7 reps full range of motion. 1.5's = 1 full rep plus one 1/2 rep.
Actually, as soon as I was about to do that one, I thought the same thing...so i'm not testing that one, I'll just wing it. that type bothers my neck area anyway, so I may just skip it altogether...we'll see...
