Balance disc firmness

Hi Cathe, I'm just wondering if there is a suggested psi for the balance discs. Thanks!

That would be helpful to have both discs filled to approximately the same firmness.
But then again, it may add to the balance challenge to have them dissimilar.

I deflated mine a bit….makes it a little easier, or at least I think so.

I did read somewhere the less inflated the easier it is, more inflated harder. I have been reviewing balance discs to decide which ones to buy. I have one at home so it isn't urgent but would like to get a pair of the same. I wanted Cathe's but couldn't justify the cost of shipping.
