Good Morning Boot Campers:) ,

Welcome to Day 9. I did Boot Camp this morning. I'm splitting up the sessions. I will do the second one after work. It's really not bad. It was actually more painful to watch the preview;-) . Once you are actually doing it, time flies because you are so focused on trying to just get it done. I really enjoyed it!

Hi There,
Well I am only on day 2!:-( Which means, Imax for me today.I thought about doing another Imax instead of #1 but I haven't done it in so long, that I thought it would be a nice change.
I also went for a 50 min run last night and I plan on doing the same tonight. I am trying to get extra workouts in b/c I won't be able to this weekend. I am standing in a wedding and I will be very busy.
The backs of my legs and calves are sore from yesterdays workout. I can only assume it is the 200 jumping jacks that I did.I don't think that little bit of leg work in BM would do this to me.
Anyway...off I go to torture myself a little more.

I did Boot Camp today - could only do it once due to time constraints in the morning. I'm planning on doing it again tonight after work. If it doesn't work out for later, then I'll add it on later in the week.
 
Woohoo! Double bootcamp day!!! The first time through was actually somewhat harder then the second. Probably from thinking the whole way through about having to do it again. I was surprised that I didn't need to lower my weights for the second session also. Anyway, what a pump! I've paired this workout with others before but never thought to do it twice. Hope everyone has a great time with this today, or whatever is on your schedule.

today's workout: bootcamp2x!! wow! I'm so glad that this workout is over!

Shelley: I agree, I think the second time it was a little easier...not easy...just easier than the first time through!! I kept up w/ the weights as well.

Also, on the cardio the second time through, I ran on the TM instead.

I am one day ahead only because I didn't take Sunday off....I am planning on taking my day off Thursday....so I will be right in line with everyone again.:) I did the double Bootcamp yesterday and KPC today with the Pyramid Stability Lower Body Section, but only after I took 2 Advil ;-) . I'm just a bit sore today, but it's in a good way. I'm just happy I should have my MIC DVD in time for Friday, but I am not not looking forward to doing another run on Saturday....ugh...maybe, I will grow to like them. Anyway...Good luck with your day!!!:)

I am a day behind so did the 5 mile today. I ran most of 3 miles slowly and then walked the last 2. I would not dislike running so much if my achilles did not bother me. I actually could run a long way because my cardiovascular system is well trained, just the darn heel!

Tonight 1 hour swim will feel nice, and tomorrow BC * 2.
 
I was going to take yesterday off, as it was supposed to be my rest day. But when I got home from work, I decided to go ahead and do my workout. I ran on the treadmill and then decided to do MMax, too. I was craving some weight work. I now realize how stupid that was of me, because I will be doing double BootCamp tomorrow. I am taking today off for my rest day.
So....I am still going to be a day behind, but I am still hanging in there!

Good job everyone! It is good to see everyone's reactions to BootCamp x 2, since I will be doing it tomorrow! Now I will know more what to expect!

I did it! almost. I got through cycle 7 the second time around, but I had to get dressed for work so I stopped. I could have finished it if it wasn't for having to go to work. My legs feel like jello now.

Bootcamp x 2 for me today. Wow! I feel really pumped! I agree that it was harder the first time through. It wasn't as bad as I was thinking it would be....

I am so proud of myself! I did not think I could make it through, but I almost did! I ran out of time and had to skip the core sections on the last 3 cycles! I think I was nervous! I got up at 4:30, but I needed to be in the shower between 6 and 6:15. (It ended up being closer to 6:30 and I was a little late for work, but oh well)

I am still not necessarily seeing any results (like pants loose), but I am really finding this week that my energy has increased! I have been kind of stuck at a plateau for a while now, and I need to be patient to get myself out of it.

It was not quite as bad as I imagined. In fact, it was pretty fun!

Hang in there everyone! We may survive this rotation, yet!

Day 9 - Boot Camp TWICE!!! Done! :7

Yeehah! Didn't think I'd make it but I did! Heavy weight on the first round and lightened up (just a bit) on the second round.

Don't think I will EVER do that again - but I did it today! Whew!

You guys are such killers! I am modifying this rotation, did RS yesterday ( I can't get out for a run ), and today I BC, but only once. My back is still somewhat of an issue so I am not going to take any risks.

Hi Ladies! Can I join in? I too am only on Day 2 IMAX 1 tonight. I unfortunately forgot to look over the sheet & after doing the cardio section instead of doing 200 jumping jacks I did 200 walking lunges!! What was I thinking? I then proceeded onto doing the 200 jumping jacks. LOL I had already done my own workout of chest/back & abs on Sat. so I skipped these sections & I even skipped the 40 pushups b/c on Sat. I completed 20 diamond pushups after completing all my chest exercises. Needless to say I do NOT have to do 200 walking lunges tonight. My legs are tired!! Wish me luck tonight. Kathy:D

In other words, I did cycle 1, then repeated it. Then cycle 2 and repeated that. On the second time thru the cycle, I was able to increase my weights! WOO HOO!

Feeling good (and drenched)

Good job ladies! I know when I did bootcamp teice on sunday I felt great afterwards. Since I didnt take a rest day I am going to run again today and then tomorrow will be on schedule with KPC. I also plan fpr a weight workout later in the day and some abs.

Hmmm, I really like this idea better than doing it through and then again. I will try this tomorrow. What was the time it took?
 
I was planning to try it this way, also. Or try to do several cycles first and repeat those.

DONE! Boot camp x 2. I agree the second time through was easier for some reason! KPC should seem easy by comparison tomorrow. LOL Kim
 
That was a great idea Gayle! If I ever get brave enough to do BC back to back again, I will try that!
