Good Morning Troops!
This AM was Stepworks and first 5 intervals of IMAX. My legs and glutes are talking to me. My arms are still crying from CM and CTX upper body split on Sunday. I know I'm strange but I LOVE IT! It feels great to be challenged.

Hello ladies,

My hamstrings are very sore from yesterday's Fiesta. They are on fire!;( . Today I substituted the PUB Premix Upper for CTX and I attempted to do CM. The problem is that I got up to about 32 minutes of the DVD and pressed the FF button on my remote by mistake. I couldn't get back to where I left off and I only had about 20 minutes left. This one unfortunately isn't as well chaptered as the newer ones. It just took me to the core work section and the stretch. Or, back to the warm-up. I hate thatx( ! Anyway, I was running out of time and I just figured I do the core section and the stretch after 3 Circuits. My energy is low and I'm so sore from yesterday. So, I just settled on that. My total workout took me about 75 min. I'm so ticked that I didn't have time to finish. Is it me, or are these workouts getting longer and harder? I'm off to a bad start with Week 3;) !

Hi everyone,

Well I don't have either CM or CTX, so I opted for GS BSB Timesaver, GS CT Timesaver, and ab hits.

I guess this disqualifies me from the rotation!}(

No worries Conni- I don't have circuitmax either so I am going to do MIC (just got it yesterday:) )then do upper body work from either PUB or from the gym styles shorter pre-mixes. I also need to finish the second round of crunches from yesterday!

I did not get them all done but after seeing Charlottes post and how she broke down 1000 crunches I am going to try that today!

I didn't get my new workout dvd from ups until late afternoon and I didn't wind up doing any of the workouts from it yesterday. So that is why I am doing mic today.

My hamstrings are sore also.

I didn't have time this morning to do both CM and CTX upper. I was all set to do CM when my dvd decided not to play. I did CTX upper instead today. I don't think I'll be able to squeeze in CM later today as I have a meeting after work and will probably be home late.
 
Yippee today is rest day. I'm going to go play with my kids in the park all day (tag, soccer, etc.). Looking forward to starting week 3 tomorrow.

Hey everyone,

I was off from work yesterday so I did not check in. I did attempt to do the Fiesta yesterday (just not at 5 am). I am pretty sore today all over. It does sound like everyone is having trouble fitting in the time now that everyone's schedule is getting busier.

I could not get out of bed this morning, and tonight I have to go to school with my daughter, meet her teachers, bring supplies, etc. If I am able to work out later, I may try the PUB mix and part of Circuit Max.

today's workout: did CircuitMax this morning. I didn't have time for CTX upper body. So, I'll do that this afternoon!

everyone is doing great in subbing these workouts!! NO! NO! NO! this does not disqualify you from the rotation!! You gotta finish w/ the rest of us, HAHAHAHA!!

Hey all. This morning I did CM and CTX Upper Body. It had been a long time since I had done either one of those. I really like them both and should really start doing them more often!

Last night, I did not sleep at all, for some reason! I think I woke up at least every hour x(

Here is how I'm fitting the workouts in the rest of the week:
Today: Cmax plus CTX upper body
W: Step Works plus Imax Intervals 1-5
Th: HSTA plus KPC abs(pikes 2 x's)
F: Step Fit plus 20 min. Ab Hits
S: GS Legs/400 sit ups/50 push ups(instead of the homemade workout for yesterday)
Su: Rest(if I need it...if not I will do the workout planned for M and start week 4 on Monday or Tuesday and rest when I need it or my schedule dictates it)
M: Ckicks plus Imax Intervals 6-10
Then I will start week 4 on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.
I will be starting today's workout soon!

This morning I did CTX upper body split. There is no way in @$*& I would have had time to do both. I won't do it tonight either, as my dh will be out and it will be just me and my little one. I need to spend time with him tonight, and by the time he goes to bed it will only be about 1 hour before my bedtime. If I worked out then, I'd be too jacked up to sleep. Not the biggest fan of CM anyway, but like it better than the one tomorrow. May sub it for that plus the IMAX intervals.

I did CTX upper body this morning...I just didn't have time for both. I am going to do CM now then I have to shower and run back to work (I really wish I had time for both this morning!). I know I will feel much better once I complete it. :)

I did a 3 mile run today plus abs.Tomorrow is hsta I plan to do upper body twice in the a.m and the cardio and legs in the p.m.I want to get a little more upper.I have had to rearrange some of the w/o this week to get upper every other day.But I am getting the time and intensity in even if I don't have that dvd I find one that fits the slot and intensity for the day.I pushed the fiesta workout to the end of the rotation so I can get that one in and feel what you guys went thru:eek: .see ya tomorrow.
 
Hi all! I did CTX UB Split at lunch and then did CM when I got home. My shoulders are feeling it! Also hamstrings very sore from yesterday. Great job everyone and I'm looking forward to just plain step tomorrow:+

I have to say that doing CMax followed by CTX Upper body felt like the workout that never ends...it just went on and on and on. I won't be doing that combo again. My upper body(shoulders especially) feels nice and worked though and I like that.

Today for me was Step Works & Imax 1 1-5. I ran out of time, and I'm feeling kinda guilty for not finishing it all. Had real low energy, and wasn't able to keep focus well. It was one of those days where I had too much to do and couldn't keep my mind off it all.
I want to really hit it tomorrow so am taking it easy this evening.
BTW, my abs are still so sore from those sit ups that it even hurts to laugh!:)

I can't wait until after work to get home and do this workout. I'm sure I'll feel spent BUT wonderful after this one, too.

Great job to all of you already finished, to the rest of us......don't get too busy NOT to get this in - keep pluggin' away.
