Good morning everyone,

Hope you all are enjoying your "rest" day or whatever workout you have scheduled. As for me, I decided to do P90X Stretch. It felt great and it really "ironed out" the kinks in my body.

good morning Katrina and all other Bootcampers!
I'm not doing anything! I'm completely resting. Well, I might add a stretch later today!

It's been raining here all night and all morning. good day to curl up w/ a good book and drink a latte!!

Hope all have a great day and onward to "FITNESS FIESTA" tomorrow!:)

Raining here too, no rest until Tuesday. Did MIC plus coremax 2.

The step is really great in that video, some of her best!
 
Good morning everyone! Yesterday I was supposed to do MIC, but I did a spinning workout, using Cardio Coach #4 and then I did Core Max #2. I also did 100 walking lunges. I feel bad for not doing MIC, but...I just couldn't get over my spinning craving :+ I have always love MIC. I agree, I love the step in it, too! I used to do that all the time, before CTX came out. I would add just the step segment to strength workouts.

This morning I did a 4.25 mile run and then LL. I had forgotten how utterly brutal that one is! I am beat. I am not sure if I am going to take a rest day tomorrow, or wait until Tuesday or Wednesday.

I am taking a rest day today. well I am going to do some ab work but trust me that is a rest day for me!

My Rythmic+dvd comes tomorrow so I am happy to see that you guys like MIC. I have heard mixed reviews but I am excited:)

Good afternoon,

Well rest day is not until Tuesday. Yesterday I did a 5.5 mile power walk. I pulled my four year old son in the wagon for the entire distance (so I also got resistance training). Today I did MIC and core max. I must be getting stronger. Neither workout was as hard as I remembered. In fact MIC seemed easy except for the last 5 minutes of cardio before the cooldown.
We found a wasp nest in the backyard, so this afternoon is nuking wasps. Unfortunately my son got stung by one yesterday.

It has turned out to be a rest day for me-so I will have to catch up the run and LL later on.We went out for breakfast at Bob Evans -I ate everything on my plate scrambled eggs,bacon,fried potatoes,and 3 pancakes oh my:p not a crumb left and we have been lying by the pool all day .So the workout and housecleaning are taking a backseat to play time today:) But I am enjoying it.see you guys on Monday .
 
I am planning on doing SJP step only/SB Blast only then LL if I don't decide to rest. If I rest today I will do it tomorrow if I do it today I will rest tomorrow and begin week 3 on Tuesday. Last night, when doing MIC my feet were burning. They always burn during this workout(sort of like carpet burn). I even have new shoes, but I think there is so much friction between the worn out carpet I work out on and the bottom of my shoes that everything just heats up...tee hee.

Instead of the Five AM Fitness Fiesta, I did an Eleven AM Exercise Extravaganza. I wimped out with the sit-ups......the other was ok, though. It will be a new challenge for me to get through that many sit-ups...had no idea they would be so difficult! Not like doing the crunches and core work I have gotten more accustomed to doing.

Hope y'all have fun with it...no way was I going to get up at 5, though!:eek:

Hi Everyone!

Well I did the 5am Fitness Fiesta minus the 5am! :) ... I made it through but those squat thrusts were tough! phew!
