AUGUST ROTATION CHECK IN 8-13

Since nobody has started one and I won't be on here anymore today I will start for the day.I did HC upper 9 sets each body part for 3-5 reps got some 6 and 8 on some so I upped the wt immediatley.I also did basic ad on abs and 5 min of standing tae bo abs.Tommorrow will be my run and LL.Everybody have a great one -week 2 down.
 
Good morning, got HSC start up music playing to wake up, gonna get my weights and do it and the Kickmax challenge. 2700 yard swim later today! I am actually considering taking out one of my rest days, as I don't think I need it. At first glance it looks like this rotation has no down time and is relentless, but there are really hard days, and slower days. Plus I start vacation at the end of the week and it will be a just at home vacation where I can lay down and nap if I want. :)

Today I modified the workout a little bit. First, I did Melinda Byran's Pilates for Everyday DVD. It's only 20 minutes, and time flies with this one. I like it. I substitited Legs & Glutes for Leaner Legs. I enjoyed this one also. It's got some great work for those with problem knees in it. Then, I did the 3 mile run--no hills. I'm too tired for that:). My total workout ended up being about 113 minutes.

Today is MIC and CM #2 for me. Tomorrow I will need to come up with a sub for the run. I'm thinking of SJP Step only/SB Blast only before LL tomorrow. 'Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Today I subbed the run with intervals #1-5 of Imax 2 and subbed LL with GymStyle Legs.

So glad to be finished week two. My body definitely needs a rest day tomorrow. Did 3 mile hill run on treadmill, I was dripping sweat by the time I was finished. Then substituted Body Blast Timesaver #5 for Leaner Legs which I don't have. Off to the shower now. Hope everyone has a good weekend! Kim
 
Just finished Bootcamp TWICE! Whewie, Cathe liked to have killed me! I did all of sequence # 1 and then repeated it all with the exception of the core work which I added on at the end of the total workout. I then preceded to sequence # 2 and did it twice and so on for all 8 sections. The AB work was TOUGH doing two times in a row especially since my arms were fatigued. It was tough holding the planks & doing push-ups. They were shaking bigtime. I have a rest day tomorrow and am looking forward to it. Good Luck everyone, you're doing great!

Hello all. I did Leaner Legs followed by CTX Upper Body Split. Then hit the treadmill for a run (slow) and brisk walk interval session. Did the run at 4% incline and the walk at 10% incline. It felt great! A rest day tomorrow but I think I'll do the ab work from Monday's workout just so I can get them all in. I'm going to try to do 200 straight sit-ups then 600 all different ways. Hi there! I had a long run yesterday so I decided to substitute the 3 mile run today. I did the HCE low/high interval, then Leaner legs. I am fried!

Today I did my 3 mile run with some hills and Leaner Legs. I used heavier weights than I have before just to pump it up a bit. I really felt it.
 
I did LL this morning and substituted Lomax step only for the run...I've been doing Pilate Reformer work all day long so I figured I could do without the additional blasts today. I'm definitely beat!!

hey all!
I decided to go ahead and work out. I was feeling pretty good this afternoon. So, I ran 7.5miles. I didn't do LL, but I figured the extra 4.5miles compensated for that!

looking forward to tomorrow's rest day and then.....FITNESS FIESTA on MOnday!!!! :)

I just finished MIC/CM #2. Next time I need to remember to do CM first. My legs were so sweaty I could not stay on the ball during the roll-ins. I did MIC on an 8 in. step and it was tough!
