Good moring ladies,

Welcome to Day 11:)

Well, so far the day isn't going well. I've got major plumbing issues in my bathroom . I was so looking forward to working out this morning. My entire routine has been interrupted. All I can do now is just wait for a plumberx(. But I say all that to say that I plan to do the workout as scheduled this afternoon. I'm so antsy because I like to do them in the morning an be done with them.
I must admit, my arms and legs are little sore from yesterday's KPC. My abs are on fire too. I feel the soreness especially when I laugh or sneeze.

Anyway, hope you all have a great workout day:)

Katrina

Good morning,

Katrina - Good luck with the Plumbing situation. I hope it is an easy fix, therefore inexpensive!

Today I did HSC, but didn't have enough time for the drills. Life goes on..:)

Also, please keep the soldiers in Iraq in your prayers. We ( our community ) is burying a young man killed last week during the sniper attack. Support has been nothing short of amazing, and the funeral route is going to be a mass of people lining the streets with flags. The area of the funeral is lined with 3000 candles that people were lighting yesterday. Passersby were stopping their cars to help. It is truly a moving time here. The mayor said that everyone realized this young man gave his life for our community, and that is how everyone is reacting. Truly inspirational.

Thanks for letting me share. Have a blessed day.

I am on my way to do Day 11 workout. I will add in more weight an core work later in the day. I am use to doing 2-3 hours so I want to make sure I keep at that level of time.

Katrina-What a BAD way to start the day! I feel your frustration
Conni-How very sad about the young man. I feel for his family and your community:( So nice to hear everyone is so supportive.

To all who come later-Enjoy your day and I hope your workouts go well!

Terri

Good morning everybody:

I've been so busy planning for my DH's 40th birthday party on Friday that I haven't had time to get a workout in for the past three days, UGH!!!! BUT, I'm back on track today and will do the workout and love it!! :) :)

Have a great day everybody!

~Marcia~

I did HSC, but didn't have time to do the drills either.

Looking forward to MIC tomorrow. Just got the DVD and haven't tried any of these workouts yet.

Kathy

I don't know how I got it in but I did HSC and the Kick Max Intensity Drills! Eighty-nine minutes it took me. I was tired (got in late from a concert last night) but it felt good to get through it! :p

Almost through week #2!

Day behind everyone. I did KPC and the stability ball work from PLB. My legs were heavy from BC * 2 yesterday and my abs really felt the work-out today. Swim at lunch. Tomorrow will be a light swim, and rest day. I need to go have lunch with my daughter at horse camp so she can show me her riding skills.

Sorry about the young man, that is sad.

Good morning. I did KP&C and PLB stability ball workout. I kinda felt like I was cheating, after yesterday's workout! Sanchia, thanks for telling us how long the HSC and KickMax INtensity Drills will take. That is on schedule for me tomorrow and I was wondering how long it would take. On Friday's I have to leave for work an hour earlier than the other days of the week. I may do the run and Leaner Legs, instead of that one tomorrow. And then do it(HSC and drills) on Sunday. Not sure.

I really like this rotation! It has sooo much variety in it! I am having some good DOMS on some days, but nothing like the bad "aches and pains" feeling of overtraining! I am sure that is from mixing things up so much. I really seem to have a lot more energy!

Okay, enough of my gushing.....

Katrina, good luck with your plumbing problem! I hate it when stuff like that happens!

Conni, that is so sad about the young man. He (and his family) will be in my prayers.

Hope everyone has a good day!

Linda

Thanks Conni, Terri & Linda and everyone else for your concern. The plumber just left but I'm out of over $200 bucks. Anyway, sometimes we have no control. There's bigger problems in life.

Conni, that young man and his family will be in my prayers. I could only imagine how that must feel. My brother returned from Iraq last year.

Thanks, again and everyone have a great day.

Katrina

Well Day 3 down! Last night was SJ&P + KM leg drills. I thought I was about going to die doing those leg drills. When will my legs stop hurting ladies? Huh? My hats off to you that are writing & saying you have MORE ENERGY! What's wrong w/me? My energy level is waning. Help! Tonight I'm scheduled for IMAX2 + CM #3 segment. I hope I make it. I may have to modify. You ladies ROCK!

Katrina: good luck on your plumbing woes.

Conni: My prayers are w/this young man's family & everyone in Iraq.

Have a great day everyone! Kathy

PS: Sanchia!! Give me some motivation will ya!!! LOL:7

Hi Everyone-

I did HSC and KM drills today. I have been trying to eat healthy this month too and it is helping me get through these workouts :)

Katrina - Hope your plumbing has been fixed :)

Conni - Many prayers and positive vibes to your community and the young man and his family and our soldiers in Iraq.

Have a great day!

Cath :)

This morning I did HSC on 5 hours sleep. I didn't have time for the KM drills. I'm undecided about if I'll do them tonight. I may be out of gas by then and I don't want to have to shower again for a 20 minute workout. Plus, yesterday I didn't finish KPC until 4:45 pm due to my work schedule. I had such a hard time falling asleep and I think it may have been because I was still so jazzed from the workout and hadn't come down yet. I can't afford to do this again tonight-too tired now.

Have a great day!

Hi All! Finished with HSC and the Kickmax drills this am. I love the variety in this workout but it is a little short in the cardio department so the add-on of the kickmax drills made it perfect. I'll be doing this again once the rotation is over.

Conni- thank you so much for sharing the story about the young man killed in Iraq. It is so tragic when this happens and I continue to pray for all the men and women there. At the same time it is truly inspirational to here about the community support. I wish the same thing could have been true for my husband who is a Vietnam vet. He still suffers to this day not only from his experiences in country but also from the treatment he received on coming home.

Good work on this rotation everyone- you're all the best!!!

Well I did Kick, Punch and Crunch today. I was definitely feeling my gluts and forearms from Bootcamp yesterday. I think the stretch from K,P,C will take away most of the soreness though. I found my legs slipping on the stability ball due to the sweat factor. It made me work harder. Now to see if the after workout energy will help me get the entire house cleaned today.

Hope everyone has a great workout day!

Katrina,

Sorry to hear about your plumbing problems. A friend that I work with was just complaining about how much he had to pay for plumbing repairs! What a bummer!

Conni-We will be praying for the young man and his family. It's a shame to say that we tend to forget about the situation if it does not affect you directly. I am definitely not saying that I have forgotten about it, by any means, but it's harder to keep it fresh in your mind. It's a good reminder that we can't forget about the war and all the lives that have been affected.

I managed to get through KPC and PLB ball work (last night). I have to admit that I thought about skipping the abs section of KPC since my core was sore from Boot camp, but I pushed through it.

Today will probably be an off day for me, because I have a Girl Scout Leader meeting after work. I think I will hit HSC in the morning before work (hopefully!).

Hope everyone has a great day!

I was dripping sweat this morning! HSC is so fast paced, I had to pause a few times to set up my weights and to just catch my breath. I'm able to do 4 of the KM drills without modifying. It was a great workout.

MIC tomorrow and CM 2 (this one makes my abs sore for at least 3 days).

I have never did HSC all the way I have always disected it.I did it and the km drills.I think hsc is more of a calorie burner than bc.I burned right at 400 calories for 60 min and burned another 130 with km drills.so if I did hsc 2 times like bc I should burn around 800 calories or close to it.I will have to try it sometime I read that someone did try it.Sweat was dripping off my nose and running down my leg after cycle1:eek: I was a working.

Good evening everyone,

I was able to complete HSC and KM drills. I did those workouts by the skin on my teeth. I barely made it. I'm so sore and tired. I struggled through them because I didn't feel like playing "catch-up". I hope I can make it until the end of the week;-). These high intensity workouts are starting to catch-up with me.

Anyway, have a good evening everyone. And thanks again for all of your concerns regarding my plumbing problems.

Katrina

I did KPC and the stability ball segment from PLB. I had a really hard time at first but towards the end of the high intensity segment of KPC I was in the groove. When I started today I was just tired and not mentally up for it. Now I feel great and I'm so glad I made myself do it. 9/10 when I'm having a rough day I will make myself at least start the workout and then if I really want to quit I allow myself to quit, but once I get going I'm usually fine. Due to time constraints and starting school in the middle of this rotation I am giving myself permission to take extra rest days when needed so I will probably always be a day or two behind everyone else. Some of my clothes(my size 8 jeans especially :7 ) are fitting looser on me...woo hoo!!! My hubby promised me a good foot rub tonight...another woo hoo!!!
Angela:7
P.S. Foodie Sue...I hope you get more sleep tonight. I sometimes suffer from insomnia and it is so frustrating. Mine is due more to stress I think and it kicks in several times during the school year(I'm a special ed. teacher). Anyway, I tried working out twice a day this summer and I hated showering twice. Take it easy and get some sleep. You can always sneak those drills in on another day!!!

Yesterday, I decided it was going to be a gym day. I took my Double step class (Bigfoot) and Spinning in the evening.

Today I did KPC and the 4 Kickmax combos and the Kickmax intensity drills and the stability ball section of PLB. Yes, it was a long workout, but I did really enjoy it. I was soaked. Some of the stability work was tough since my legs were very well worked towards the end.

I'm not sure about doing HSC. I really need a heavy upper body weights day as well as a heavy lower body workout and not a circuit. I already have enough extra cardio in by taking my classes along with this rotation. I may sub a weights day in and do that on Sat or Sun.

Tomorrow will be MIC and coremax.
