good evening everyone!
yesterday I did a run instead of KPC...don't like that one...don't know why! I did manage to do the stability ball work of PLB and that really really REALLY killed my glutes and hamstrings! lol...
today, I did HSC, I haven't done the KM intensity drills. I'm confused...exactly what is that on KM?? I can't find it. someone please enlightened me quickly as I'm getting ready to do that workout!
