August Rotation--8/18/05

Good morning Boot Campers, welcome to Day 18:) !

Today's workout was a cinch, compared to yesterday. I completed High Step Advanced and the Core section of KPC. Please note, I can not do ball pikes;-)...God Bless anyone who can. Those are so challenging for me, plus I'm afraid I may sprain my thumb trying them. I guess I just need more practice with those:-(. The knees rolling in and out is good on the ball. It definitely works your core, so for now, I'll stick with those. I did repeat those twice.


Hope you all are doing well, and thanks for the encouragement yesterday. I'm glad you all were tired like me }( . Misery really does love company;). I didn't feel so drained today, I guess it's because my hamstrings just finally thawed out:).

I am really sore in the lats from the 5 am Fiesta, go figure.

Did Circuit Max(which is quite fun), and CTV upper body this morning, swim at lunch.

I love those ball pikes, hard but fun and make me feel tough!
 
I subbed High Step Challenge and Coremax for the workouts today. I can't do those pikes either ... but when I finally do I'll be doing that old *happy dance* ;-) !

I think we have only 7 more workouts to go.

HSTA this morning and I did KPC abs only once. I can't do those ball pikes either, it doesn't seem likely that I'll ever be able to accomplish those :7 .

Good morning! Last night I did Cardio Coach #5 on the treadmill and ended up running 5 miles. I wanted to try CC#5 out, since I had just gotten it. So, I missed StepWorks and ImaxI. But does that still count, cause it was a long tough interval workout ;-) Tonight, I will tackle HSTA and the abs and pikes. I am looking forward to this one. I have been wanting to do HSTA ever since I saw it was in the rotation!

Anyway.....Just think...we don't have THAT much longer to go! Yay!!!
Oh, oops, I forgot, I still have to make up the mish mosh-type workout from Monday :( I will do it though!

Good morning all.

Woke up early, but did housework instead. Will do Step Fit + Imax 1 tonight when I get home from work as I am a day behind.

Will try to keep up as best as I can now that school is back in. Will have to juggle more to fit it in.

Good Morning! Spent yesterday camping and kayaking but I was a day ahead anyway so now I am up to speed. Did HSTA this am. It is my favorite circuit workout, I just love it. The only shortcoming is that it has no ab section so adding the KPC abs made it perfect.
It took my quite a while to be able to do the pike maneuver. It helps when your first learning to stabilize the ball against something. Anyway, doing them twice through gave me a great challenge. Loved this workout....and this whole rotation!

This AM I did HSTA and KPC stability ball section and ball pikes x2. I thought it was easier than some of the others we have done in this rotation. I haven't taken measurements but I think I lost some inches on this rotation. I've been told that I look like I have.
 
good afternoon all!
today's workout: I did HSTA and I haven't gotten around to the abs yet. Will do that later as I have a 45min circuit weight training class after work.

we have 8 more workouts, right???

Today was suppose to be abs and imax 1-5 intervals and step blast with sjp step since I don't have step works.I had to cut it short and couldn't do imax.My niece is turning 16 today so big party to head out for.Tomorrow I don't have that workout either so I am doing all step 2 times and core max.I have the 2 workouts I haven't done listed so I can tack them on at the end of the rotation.I am down another pound 5lb total.:D
 
StepFit + Abs today for me. Took me forever; this was a new workout for me so I did quite a bit of replaying.
Still running out of energy. I need a decent night's sleep!;(

Good evening everyone! I did HSTA and KPC 1.5 times. Didn't have the motivation to make it through the second time. And I don't think I'll ever master those pikes either! I admire those that can do them. We are nearing the end aren't we, I'm thinking we all need a coffee mug or t-shirt that says "We Survived the August 2005 Cathe Rotation":D

Hey Linda, so was Cardio Coach #5 better than the others? I downloaded them all a little while ago and have done 1-3 so far. I was starting to get into it several times a week but got side-tracked by this rotation. I just downloaded #5 but haven't done it yet so I'm looking for some reviews.

Hello to all! I just finished Step Fit and Imax Intervals 1-5. I was actually supposed to do Step Works but did Step Fit by accident. Later in the week when the rotation calls for Step Fit I will do Step Works.
