Morning, fellow Boot Campers! How are your legs feeling today?

4:30am workout for me today...IMax 2 plus Core Max 3!!! Another great sweat! LOVE IT!

I've got my neice today so must run!!! KEEP MOVING!

I"m right on track. But since I work out late and can't post afterwards, I'll sound a day behind.

I thought SJ&P and the KM drills was going to be an "easier" day but those drills were brutal for me. I'm feeling it this morning, for sure, but in a good way. So now I'm hoping today's IMAX 2 workout will end up being "easy"... maybe ... I'm sure I'll modify, esp the next to last interval. Love the music is IMAX 2 so that will help.

I'm loving this rotation and it seems really well balanced, though somewhat light in upper body. I'm impressed with everyone who's adding on extra upper boy. I may do that (then again, I may not!

I did Imax2 on Tuesday since I don't have Imax so I'm going to do BC today. No I'm not doing it 2x today. Otherwise it's going well.
I added upper body Tuesday night and I will tonight too.

I think we need the luck for tomorrow! May God have mercy on our fit bodies! Stay positive!

Day 4 and holding my our.

The legs are really soooore this morning. IMAX 2 was feeling really easy until interval #6 and by #9 I was crying. Core Max was fun. x(

I am little scared of those 400 walking lunges tomorrow.

We are together in this! I did Imax 2 and Coremax 3 today. Is it just me or does Coremax seem kind of "boring" to you?

Oh, and I was really over interval 9, as well!!!

Have a good day, tomorrow is one of those made up mishmosh things that I just don't like to do. I will probably sub MM.
 
I haven't done the workout for today but I will. I may run even though I have imax2. I will make it like I did for tuesday and increase intesity with the treadmill, Also today I will do upper body in the evening. Kali are you with me on this :) ? Good work ladies! I don't have coremax3 but did so I remember some of it. I will do my own similar ab workout.

I'm still hanging in there. 5am Imax 2 and coremax 3. Tomorrow will be strange not using a tape, but I'm game.

This morning I did SJ&P and the KickMax Drills. It was great! I have missed that workout! I used to do a lot of step, but for the past six months or so, I have doing a lot of running, and lately spinning. I would still do a step workout about once or twice a week, but it has been a long time since I have done this much step. I am really having fun! :7

My thutt is veerry sore from the walking lunges yesterday!

Anyway....good work everyone!

Today I did SJP and the kickmax drills. I don't think I like Breakfast at Tiffanies....those static lunges just kill me. I changed DVD's after the last hi-lo, did the kickmax drills(first let the dog out), and then restarted SJP and did chest triceps and abs.
 
Hi guys!

I am pretty on track with my modification of the August rotation! I actually had never done walking lunges before and boy am I feeling it! Yesterday, during SJP, I was about to cry during the static lunges! Today, I am not sure whether I will try IMAX or do another spinning tape as a substitute. (I will definitely add on Coremax!).

I am very tired today for some reason! I think I should have scheduled some extra sleep time to compensate for the extra workout time, but I have not been able to do that with trying to get my daughter ready for back to school! I mainly do evening workouts, but may try to get up early to do Friday's routine.

good morning ladies:)

I just finished my workout. I started to do IMAX2 and it was scratched!! I think I need a new dvd player or get it clean. I hope it's the latter. So, I improvised..what do ya'll think??
min 1: walked
mins 2-3: steady state run around 5.8mph
mins 4-5: fast run..around 6.5mph
repeated that for 10 "intervals" and ended up w/ 50min workout. It felt good. I did coremax 3 as well.

Someone mentioned that they thought CM3 was kinda boring. Yeah, I thought it was kinda easy. but, it still tired my stomach muscles!

Ok, gonna go pysched myself ready for tomorrow...no tape, huh???

I haven't got my workout done yet, but I will later. I usually post late at night.


I'm planning on breaking up Friday's routine in sets, mostly because I know I'll lose count. So this is my plan:

5 minutes brisk walk on threadmill(or a warm-up from a leg workout)
100 walking lunges
50 jumping Jacks
16 pushups (combining 2 sets)
100 crunches
25 dips

Then repeat this 4 times.
Plus, I have a Step and Stones class at the gym Friday morning, too.

Hello ladies,

Started workout at about 4:50 am. First, I started IMAX 2 with 4 risers. I figured since I wasn't sore anymore and I know this routine pretty well why not bump up the intensity? Well...after the warm-up I said "forget this!" and promptly removed two risers;-)
Anyway, it was still great, my HRM said I burnt about 600 calories.
Did COREMAX section 3. I must say, that wasn't all that easy either. That medicine ball is tricky but really gets the lower abs. I'm thinking about adding a lite 30 min. walk on my treadmill tonight. I'm not sure about that, I'll see.

You mean that you used 4 risers altogether, not 4 risers on each side, right! At first, I thought you were nuts and that you also had some major cardio endurance.

A while back, during Coremax the medicine ball slipped and landed right on my face. Ouch! That woke me up!

Woke up at 5:00 this morning to do Imax 2. Turned on the news first, and the weather was at 80 degrees already!! I definitely turned the a/c on before working out. I did IMAX 2 with no risers. Last time I did this workout was in January. I was able to do some of the blasts at the high intensity, but not all. I'm not too crazy about the Coremax 3 but I stuck it out.

My legs are not sore today from the KM drills, they definitely were not easy to do yesterday.

Namita, I was thinking the same thing about breaking up the workout tomorrow. I was trying to combine it in 4 cycles, I'll follow your version.
 
Wow! My butt is still sore from those lunges, but I'm a good marine...hehehe. I did Imax 2 but only after I took 2 Advil (heck, today, 6 inches was high enough for me!). I then decided to do Coremax 3 with a 10 lb medicine ball.....talk about challenge. Whew! I now have a little Pilates Reformer work to do and then I could use a really good stretch. Maybe, I should trade that stretch in for some time in the jacuzzi or a massage.......I think we all deserve one after this rotation!!!!!

I had planned the exact same thing for tomorrow's workout: break it into 4 sets!

Does anyone know: Sunday (yes, I'm already planning for it) is StretchMax. Is it all of it, or just one section?
 
Aanyone have any ideas what I could add tomorrow to the mish mosh work to make it longer but not overdoing any one thing. I'm not sure if I should do more aerobics or more muscle work. Just thinking. Good job everyone. I am glad to hear you are enjoying this rotation so much. I do like Imax 2. I don't find coremax boring either. I always feel it. Its just like any other ab tape to me. Karen
