Hello ladies,
Started workout at about 4:50 am. First, I started IMAX 2 with 4 risers. I figured since I wasn't sore anymore and I know this routine pretty well why not bump up the intensity? Well...after the warm-up I said "forget this!" and promptly removed two risers;-)
Anyway, it was still great, my HRM said I burnt about 600 calories.
Did COREMAX section 3. I must say, that wasn't all that easy either. That medicine ball is tricky but really gets the lower abs. I'm thinking about adding a lite 30 min. walk on my treadmill tonight. I'm not sure about that, I'll see.
