Athletic Training Video Clip

Count me in as another that can't wait! One question though-

if I were to use really light weights (ie 3 lb), could I count this as a cardio workout instead of weights? I try to alternate my weights days (giving myself 48 hours in between) and I'm not sure how I'd fit this in.

OH Boy, I can NOT wait for this series! I LOVE this video clip! But I better order myself the band with a handle now!

This series is going to rock! Tough stuff all around...I am so curious as to what the Spin dvd will be like along with the yoga. I'm soooooo happy I pre-ordered!
