Totally ridiculous. Doesn't government have more important things to worry about? I don't need the higher ups telling me whether or not I'm allowed to buy a doll. Way too big brother for me.

I agree.....I appreciate his intent, but yes, this is too far.
If they get rid of the dolls, they'd better get rid of all the women's magazines as well, that push a particular brand of beauty. And the tabloids that cover beautiful but thin celebrities. And all the movies out of Hollywood where the actors are better looking than the average person on the street.

I appreciate his intent, but yes, this is too far. I grew up with Barbie and I'm sure my issues don't stem from her. My mother and magazines, however.....!!!!!
