Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday April 27, 2017 at 9:15 am EST we will be doing Lower Body Bootcamp live. It is the partner workout to last week's Upper Body Bootcamp. Get ready to move quickly from exercise to exercise with a range of light to heavy weight. Here is your pattern: three leg exercises plus one core. We will have a few rounds like this with each round having different leg exercises.

Equipment Needed:

A High Step (with three or 4 risers underneath)

Various weighted dumbbells ranging from light to heavy. (Ie: 3,s up through 20's or whatever weight you use for squats and deadlifts)

A fitness mat

I might have some trouble walking tomorrow. Awesome workout, really got my HR up. I love using the high step for leg work.

Nice! I can't wait to do this one! Looked tough. I noticed the step-ups in the preview video and was excited Cathe had incorporated them. I don't remember a Live workout including high step work like that before. Am I wrong?

She did a Cardio Leg Blast with the high step in one of her earlier live workout. That one is pretty great too.

I think I had one early in my Cathe Live offerings. Glad you liked it .
 
I just realized she also did an updated Legs & Glutes Live using the high step as well. That mixes cardio with leg work. It's hard to keep track when there are so many live workouts now.
