Anyone's Baby Doll Tee Shirt Shrink?

Hi everyone,

I washed my baby doll tee shirt in cold water and dried it under delicate setting and found that my shirt is now better suited to a real baby doll! The sleeves are now tight and the length has shrunk at least an inch or two. Anyone else experience this? I'm just alarmed that this happened since it was supposed to be preshrunk already.

Mine shrank also, but it actually fits better now. I'm only 5' and mine was way too long. I thought I was going to need to hem it. I do think that it shrunk a couple of inches in length, but luckily it still fits.

No, mine fits just fine. I also washed it in cold water the first time, but have subsequently washed it along with everything else, and dried it in the dryer. Bummer this happened to yours! :-(

I washed mine, but never put it in the dryer, I let mine air dry .... Rhonda

I washed mine--in Arizona you can turn the dial to cold on the machine, but the water isn't actually even cool until around December!--and dried it in the drier, and it seems to fit exactly as it did before being washed. It's a size large, by the way. I wonder if size matters?;-)
