Anyone know where to find exercise examples?

I have gone back and downloaded some of Cathes old rotations. I've got a big butt :-( so obviously I'm trying to lose fat and define the back side. Plus, I travel regularly and needed to find exercises I can do on those days that don't require a lot of equipment (by the time I pack the car for 3 kids I'm lucky if I can fit my underwear in there!)

Some of the rotations have bonus cardio and the like in them, which I was really excited about. However, some of the exercises sound like foreign forms of torture. Not that I won't give it a shot. I just don't know how to do them!

So, long way to get to...where can I find examples of squat thrust climbers, squat thrusts, defensive squats, jump squats, and side lunges (although this one sounds like something I should know).

If you know the name of an exercise, chances are you can find it on youtube. If you have been exercising for a while with Cathe workouts you will be able to spot good quality instruction and form and know which ones to avoid. Checking that the video is from a reputed source like cross fitis another way to be safe.

Google search delivers surprisingly good results too.
