Anyone in the christmas mood yet?????

YES!!! I am totally in the mood!

Not because I have all the shopping done--in fact, DH and I just decided that we'll do x'mas shopping this year (we usually don't :p ), but because of my work! I work at Starbucks, and if you go to Starbucks, you know why I am totally in the x'mas mood! All those retails are driving me crazy}(
 
I'm getting there, otherwise I wouldn't have read your post. However, I cannot believe you are almost done with your shopping! That is way too organized! (LOL)I need a little of what you've got, girl that's impressive!

I'm in the mood for Thanksgiving--the most underrated holiday of all!

I went to the mall one day before Halloween and one of the department stores was playing Christmas music---BEFORE HALLOWEEN! Last week a local radio station started playing Christmas music all day everyday. What's the rush? I love the fall with the leaves and pumpkins and acorns. There's plenty of time for Christmas after Thanksgiving.

Thank God my family put an end to all the shoppping and gift giving. Now we just get together and have a great meal, relax, and just enjoy each other's comapny. It's so much nicer that way. We only shop for the kids and we've cut that way back as well.

I've got the Christmas spirit already. I'm listening to a Christmas CD right now! I might even put up the tree this week...

It is Christmas in the Starbucks I work in.....and I am slowly warming up to it. This is my first year in Arizona....it is going to be a weird holiday season for me....no cold and not even the smallest chance of a white Christmas.....but I am really liking still wearing shorts in the middle of November!! I have my shopping planned....I try to have all the major shopping done my Dec. 1....so I can relax and just enjoy....

Yup. I spent Sunday wrapping Christmas gifts and went the first batch of them to the FedEx guy yesterday!
 
Lori, DH and I discussed putting our tree up this week. :) I am in the Christmas mood and am very thankful. I have been anticipating I would not be in the spirit this year since it is the first Holiday season without my mom. BUT, DD and I have been singing Christmas songs and that started it. :)
 
I am. I usually dont get in the mood this early. Maybe it is because I am sending DH multiple packages to Iraq in hopes that he will get one close to Christmas. I already did all of my Christmas shopping and just finished wrapping the last one. I went to my daughter's yesterday and she had some of her decorations up and her presents under one of her decorative trees, not the main one. So I know I am not the only one. My granddaughter and I have been listening to Christmas music the last two afternoons:) We haven't started in on the Christmas movies yet though.

Not at all...as a matter of fact, Christmas is really aggravating me this year. x(

I LOVE Christmas (usually) but this year between having no ideas for what to buy people and dreading running around like (exhausted) chickens with our heads cut off for yet ANOTHER year to see everyone I just can't get into it. ;(

DH is absolutely NO HELP when it comes to coming up with gift ideas for people (including himself!), nor is he very agreeable to any ideas I consider FAIR as far as trying to minimize the craziness of running to visit everyone. GRRRR! x(

I really would like to boycott Christmas this year!:p

Sorry for being such a downer. :(
