I like that idea, Lori Ann! LOL, I think any paper in my pocket would be drenched by the end of a run...
I have an ID bracelet I wear all the time that says I'm on an insulin pump, and gives a number for someone to call (Medic-Alert). It's really a nice, gold bracelet I had a jeweler make, so I'm concerned no one would look at it, since it doesn't *look* like a traditional ID bracelet.
I also usually run with the MedicAlert plastic card on me, too.
I always run alone, and have taken to running on trails rather than on sidewalks (although I confess to owning several reflective pieces and one brilliantly yellow vest, LOL). I guess it can never be too much, but I had someone call 911 on me for a low blood sugar when I was in high school and I guess I get a little freaked.
