Here is a link I found with two work sheets on it, one for Total Body Chisel (she says 35 minutes) and Iso Speed Hammer (she says 23 minutes)

Edited to add that I just went to her link for Beachbody program worksheets and got Hammer and Chisel Also there is the 60 day program there too. It seems some days they use several workouts that would probably come out to around 45 minutes. I am just guessing on that though.
