I agree with Kathy...any start is better than none. When I started working out (for real) I started with a person I now consider an idiot at best. I won't say who, because it wouldn't be nice. Besides, I'd probably get flamed.
My point is, now I'm doing Cathe.

I agree with Cathe-more power to her. At least someone famous is trying to help teens interested in health and fitness. Besides, kudos to her for taking such a bold leap. No, I won't buy it(it won't be Cathe:))but Go JESSICA!

I've heard rumors that there might be rodents in the background, but you won't recognize them because their workout tops have been altered.
