Any yogurt eaters

I eat yogurt everyday. I either buy the blue bunny lite 85...has lots of different flavors...the only problem is that only my super walmart sells them. I usually will buy about 15 containers/wk. If I don't feel like going to Super Walmart, I buy the Trader Joe's brand plain. I like to mix my yogurt w/my oatmeal.

I always get Yoplait Whips. Once they came out I just went to them exclusively. They are sooo good. They really hit the spot, not too big, not too little.

I used to get only the Dannon Fruit at Bottom Lowfat yougurts. Then I moved somewhere where the store didn't have them, or they stopped making them.

After looking for them every time I shopped for about a year, I no longer wanted them. Now I will eat pre-mixed.

I am fully aware that these yogurts with "fruit" are really just sweets.

I recently discovered Whole Soy's soy yogurt and have been eating it every day. It's very creamy, fruity and yummy AND it's totally dairy free (even the lactic acid is veggie based)! My allergy to milk prevents me from eating regular yogurt so this stuff is a miracle!!

Janna,

I noticed that nobody has responded to your question about yogurts with Splenda. The Dannon Lite-n-Fit smoothies are made with Splenda instead of aspartame or phenylalinine (sp?).

I am not much for sugar substitutes, but the sugar content in most yougurt is just too high for me to eat them (although I do like the Yoplait whips and LeCreme yogurt).

The Lite -n -Fit smoothies do not have that funny aftertaste of most artificial sweetners. And the tropical flavor reminds me of being in the Carribean!!!!!!

I only eat Organic yogurts. My favorite brands being Stoneyfield Farms or Seven Star Farms ( I think this one is only availabe onthe east coast). I love the Stoneyfield Farms B'Anilla it tastes like banana pudding, yum!!! We also eat alot of plain yogurt and mix in ganola or I will add a spoon of Maple Syrup, the real stuff not the fake syrup, also very yummy. I find most premixed or fruit on bottom yoghurts just way to sweet for me.

I would think the sale is down due to the season. Although I love the yogurt, when it is little windy and cold outside, I would go for the a cup of hot staming chocolate!:9

Same here Connie!! I'm really not a big yogurt fan but I can't keep the Yoplait Whips in the house. My family always eats these sometimes before I do;( They are REALLY good. Before these came on the market, I couldn't get anybody to eat yogurt...myself included even though I did try.

Continental Yogurt is non fat, and sweetened with fruit juice, I love it. It is thick and creamy even though it is non fat, and it has a lot of protein in it. I highly recommend it!

Whole Soy is the brand of the cultured soy drink I use. Yummy, isn't it?

I love yogurt and more importantly my oldest daughter likes it and she's picky about milk and such so it's helpful with her calcium consumptiom.

Jill, I love Continetal yougurt since it's not so sugary but Albertsons quit selling it and I haven't found it anywhere else. My solution is to buy a large carton of plain yogurt and mix it half and half with, usually whatever is on sale, or when I can get to Wild Oats or Trader Joe's, product that are organic and contain no hormones or antibiotics. The last carton of plain yogurt I bought contained 18 grams of carbhydrate (in the form of lactose) which means some yogurts contain as much as 4 teaspoons of added sugar and they tend to be sickeningly sweet. When I want sweet I want chocolate! I don like those 4 ounce containers. They are like little deserts!
