Any tried Hardcore Extremes yet??

I did the high low one and thought it was pretty good. Especially with the blasts from Kick Max added onto the end. The one with the lower body work in it looks pretty intense. The circuit one looks like it has only a small amount of cardio. I am just curious what other's opinions are on these.

I did that one too but I stopped right before the blasts.

It was fun to be able to combine Lowmax and Imax3 in the same workouts.

Even though I haven't done the other two workouts, I know I'll like them because I love circuit workouts and I the Terminator DVD is one of my favorites.
 
I forgot to even look at the Extreme DVD. I was going to do KM Bootcamp premix and include the leg drills at the end but I might look at the cardio on the Extreme DVD for my workout today. I also liked your idea WD about tacking on the blasts from Low Max to KM Bootcamp Premix.

I previewed the circuit training workout. I didn't keep track of time, but it seems to have quite a bit of cardio. It runs through some IMAX-3 step combos & blasts, & throws in quite a few of the High Step blasts. The wt work is from High Step.

Someone who wants more cardio & less weight work than the High Step, will like this Extreme. Lots of high impact.

My very first Hardcore was workout #1 in Hardcore Extreme. Running time was 70 minutes or so. Nice blend of IMax3 and the High Step workout.
