ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING XTRAIN?

Yes, where appropriate Stacie :)

Cathe,

I am super excited about these new workouts! Some people in forum have requested the Music Louder option. I personally would love to have an onscreen timer where appropriate. Do you think any of these will be offered in XTrain?

Thank you!
Stacie

Hi Linda! I usually meet with Veronica (Feelfitwear) with a design in mind or on paper and she shows me what fabrics she has in her collection that could best accommodate that design. Then she makes all the requested styles and outfits. The cast pretty much just picks from this collection when it arrives and we improvise if something isn't quite working.

As for alterations, yes, I have someone on board here to shorten pants...with a cast of mostly 5 footers and change, alterations are a must for long pants.

:)

Gee I uae to think you all were taller and made me feel better that once in a while my feet hit side of the step thinking it was due to short legs lol well now I guess its because of pudgy legs! Lol

If you buy XTRAIN as a bundle you will receive the DVD's all in one, just like the Low Impact Series.

Hi Cathe,

I like the low impact series packaging with ask ten disks in one case.
Are you thinking of using the same for XTRAIN?
Btw, love everything I've seen so far!

Trust me Renee, our legs occasionally hit the side of the step too. We just don't show you that :D

Why doesn't FFW make petite lengths? Considering that Cathe and her crew appear to introduce brand new styles with each new DVD series production! And it sounds like most everyone needs the outfits altered. I'm the same height as Cathe and crew and this has been a pet peeve of mine for so. many. years. Come on, fitness wear manufacturers!

As a shortie myself I would definitely appreciate (and purchase!) beautifully made workout wear.

Bonus points of appreciation to any Cathlete who can point me to workouts containing Functional Core work - Cathe's or others. Particularly interested in workouts that can grow with me.

Thanks to Cathe for answering our questions!

Pretty much every ab routine in the Low Impact Series is functional (i.e. more plank work than traditional crunches).

Equipment Needed

This question has most likely already been asked and answered but I'm going to ask anyhow. I am wanting to preorder but I am wondering what equipment will be needed for these workouts before I make the investment. If this question has already been addressed please point me in the right direction as I am not sure how to find it. Thank You!

Christine

Xtrain equipment needed

You really don't need a lot of equipment to do XTrain. To do all nine videos you just need dumbbells, step, firewalker, slide discs, and a medium strength resistance tube.

Will the music from XTrain be available for purchase? As well as the current music from CF and TTM?

Targetting Glutes

You don't need to work a body part more than two times per week. If its high rep and light weight you can put a third one in there, (ie: Mon/Wed/Fri) but it isn't necessary.

We currently have no plans to sell the XTRAIN music.

Thanks Cathe for answering my question.

I am looking forward to the 100 rep challenge on Glutes....So excited knowing I will be using my favourite toy, Barbell :):):)
