Any other Mac users out there?

I just found out that my posts might not look the same to others as they look to me--wondering if it's because I use a Mac. So, out of curiosity, anyone else here use a Mac?

I use a Mac at home, and a PC at work, so I can tell you that posts look pretty much the same on both platforms. The only noticeable difference there might be is with different fonts. If I use a font tag in my post specifying, for example, "cursive" font - it will look different on a PC vs Mac, but it's not a huge difference.

Lanie! The box is gone in front of Mr. Treadmill! You did it! Em, I think I got Lainie worrying since I saw boxes in front of all her icons. I just brought it to her attention how to remove them by removing the brackets at the beginning of a link with the letters "img" so the box would disappear! It's gone Lainie!

I'm a Mac user, too, and haven't noticed any difference when I've use my DH's PC laptop to look at this site. Yeah for Mac's!

I can't believe more people don't use Macs--they are so wonderful! It took me a while to talk my DH into getting me a Mac (I wanted one ever since using one at a job a few years ago) but now he's a convert, too.

I just got a Mac and it is great. However there are alot of applications that are not Mac friendly, so we also have a P.C.

However if everything only worked on Mac, I would not have the P.C.

BTW: Everything on Cathe looks the same on both.

My next laptop will be a Mac, I've decided. I just have to get used to that confounded mouse pad thingie. My IBM laptop has a point device, and I've been using a point device since my first laptop 11 years ago. Maybe if I keep at it, I'll get used to the pad thingie.

Hi All!

I think I confused everyone. I just noticed that Lainie's icons and quite a few other posters have "boxes" in front of their icons. Other then that, the posts don't look any different. Does that make sense? Am I the ONLY one who can see these boxes in front of some of the poster's icons? I hope I didn't make a mountain out of a mole hill, Lainie. I just wanted to help you get rid of them and it is sooo weird that you couldn't see them. Maybe I am seeing THNGS!
