Any of you try theses workouts ???

Hi, Mary,

I don't have this particular workout, but I have Michael Olajide's KILLER ABS AND BACK, so I can at least tell you about that...To tell you the truth, I haven't done that workout for such a loooooong time because I really, really have to psyche myself out to do it since it's so tough. But when I DO do it (lol) I always end feeling "powerful" and think I should put it into my rotations more often.

Hmm. Come to think of it, maybe I should whip it out again! :7

Anyway, I like the workout and the instructor - he's really inspirational to watch - he has an incredible body and moves so fluidly he's fun even just to watch. But again, at least this particular workout I have is tough and I don't remember it having a huge "fun" factor.

Sorry I can't tell you anything about the Aero workout you were looking at, but I can say that I've heard some good things about it.

I have Aerobox. It's three segments of boxing, all punches, each one faster and more complicated than the previous. I don't think I've even made it through section 3 yet! If you want to punch fast and furious with great form, it's a good workout.

The warm-ups are bad (no cardio, just stretchs).

Hi Mary!

I have AeroJump skills: 1,2,&3 (which is beginner, intermediate and advanced.)

I really like these workouts. They are short, but tough. I like to add these on to other workouts for more cardio. I always limp away with stiff calves and feeling exhausted. He also has an interesting ab routine included.

My only complaint is sometimes I have a hard time hearing him while skipping, but the moves are basic so it is easy to catch up.
