I'm in a plateau-breaking phase right now.
For those of you who don't know, I've been working out with Cathe for about 6 months faithfully, although I started tinkering with Step Blast a few months before that. I just didn't get serious until about September of last year.
So, anyhoo, it had been a while since I'd really done a challenging workout, and I had gotten pretty out of shape, although at one time (in a galaxy far, far away) I had been into body sculpting/body building. I am also asthmatic, so cardio comes a little harder to me.
Well, after months and months of often-struggling to get through Step Blast, I did Step Blast tonight and realized that it actually felt like it was a little too easy toward the end before the challenge. I really had to kick it up a notch to keep my heart rate up. That's a first for me!
