Another "Name that XTRain song"

OK, I have a few XTrain Name That Tune questions!

1. The song from XTrain Chest, Back, Shoulders (Disc #1) played on the main menu screen and near the end of the Superman Y's on the ball and all during the Lateral Raise with 10-20 degree tilt? A nice guitar-ey sounding song.

2. The song on XTrain Burn Sets Chest, Back and Shoulders (Disc #3), near the end of the Single Arm Rear Delt Flys and during the Forward Lunging Scarecrow? Also played during Hard Strikes, but don't have a marker of where it begins.

Are these sound-alikes or just "filler" music?

I have one song question that is based on IMAX 3. I know most of the songs in that workout expect for song 5. Does anyone know the song when she does plie jacks in interval 5. It happened in the intro to the workout too. I really love that song but I cannot understand the vocals. If any of you guys can help me, that would be great. Thanks!

What about in All Out Low Impact HiiT, during the plates segment, where Cathe says, "My favorite song!" ? It sounds like Bruce Springsteen, but...I have looked and googled till I can't anymore!

It does sound like Bruce Springsteen, but it is actually by "The Killers." The song is called "When You Were Young." It is a great song.:D

OK, what is the name of the song she uses for stretching on Bi's and Tri's? She uses it on multiple DVDs in this series for stretch.
 
Yes she does use that song on multiple DVDs. The name of the song is called Big Girls Don't Cry which is by Fergie. Hoped this helped.:)
