Here's another little gem. First I did Mindy's legs from her Intensity Overload (with the bosu and discs, OMG, btw), followed by the weighted leg portion of 4DS. I then followed with the compound leg and disc work from GG. I'll see if I can walk tomorrow!!!
I really liked the Bosu and disc workout. There was some balance work that I really enjoyed. I thought it was very intense. But in a good way, of course! The core workout utilized the bosu as well. I think I positioned myself wrong on the bosu because it hurt my lower back. I 'll know more next time I try it. HTH!
