Another little mishmosh using GreatGlutes

Here's another little gem. First I did Mindy's legs from her Intensity Overload (with the bosu and discs, OMG, btw), followed by the weighted leg portion of 4DS. I then followed with the compound leg and disc work from GG.:p I'll see if I can walk tomorrow!!!
 
Sherry, how did you like Mindy's leg workout with the BOSU? I've been looking for something effective to get my BOSU back in my rotations. Thanks!
 
Hi Carol,

I really liked the Bosu and disc workout. There was some balance work that I really enjoyed. I thought it was very intense. But in a good way, of course! The core workout utilized the bosu as well. I think I positioned myself wrong on the bosu because it hurt my lower back. I 'll know more next time I try it. HTH!:D
