I had posted last week that I just got three of her workouts (Slim and Lean, Ripped 1000 and Ripped to the Core). I am wondering how people "classify" these workouts. I am not sure if they could be considered a full-body weight workout or a cardio-ish workout (since she dies get your heart rate up pretty high with some exercises). How do those of you that do these workouts consider them (I hope this makes sense)? I don't really think it's cardio, but I don't feel like it's full-body weights (like MuscleMax).
