It was in October 2012, that I first chanced upon Cathe's step DVDs. I watched some of her step DVD previews and found them to be sooooo advanced, I wondered who would even be buying them.
Then I posted in this forum and got suggestions as to some of her basic step DVDs to try and my journey began from them.
Now, 4 months later, I have almost all of Cathe's step DVDs, and LOVE LOVE doing them. I look forward to doing these workouts 4 to 5 times a week. Rhythmic steps, step blast, 4 day Split , athletic step, BM2, Imax 2, power max just to name a few of my favorties... Cathe announcing the two new step DVDs certainly send me over the moon.

The funny thing is I tried doing advance step DVDs by some others, but somehow, they never measure up , in terms of how it is taught, the fun factor and the sweat factor and I find myself going back to my cathe steps
;-)

So I am writing this post to say thank you to
1. Cathe for making such wonderful workouts
2. such helpful fellow catheletes who helped me begin my journey with Cathe, which now is such a wonderful one, by suggesting the step DVDs to start with.

Thank you all once again. You all ROCK:)

Cathe is very addicting! I came upon her after Kathy Smith and some Reebok DVDs.......I only do Cathe now (since 2006) and have no desire to use any other workouts:)

I agree. Cathe does the best step workouts, they get your heart rate up and are fun. It's so great that she's offering two new step workouts in this presale.

I have to admit that I still enjoy Gin Miller's Intense Moves occasionally.

Congrats on embracing and loving Cathe step :).

I have also come a long way since discovering Cathe in 2011. I thought I would never "catch on" to some of her more complex-step choreo. But here I am, doing all the fancy foot-work, and loving every minute of it :).

Excited for the new Party Rockin' Step!

Take care :)

I did start stepping with the gin miller's everybody steps and the classic step . Those were my very first step DVDs and I do love her personality and style of teaching:)

Thank you Natasha. You were one of those whose responded to my very first post in the forum and suggested the basic cathe step DVDs to start with:)
