Alternatives to Power Moves in Power Circuit

I did Power Circuit this morning and what a great workout!! I'm wondering if you can suggest some alternative moves for the Power 15s, 7s, etc. at the end. I have a bad knee (repetitive overuse injury from years ago) and I can do the occasional power 7s on one foot and then the other and then move on with my workout, but anything more than that puts it over the edge. I could probably do one set of power 7s on each leg, but I'm not sure what a good alternative move might be. Today, I just got crazy and played on the step for awhile, but didn't think I was quite getting "power moves" in <G>...although it was fun!

Thanks! You are a great inspiration and motivator!!

Hi Colleen!

A high intensity substitute for Power 15's is: knee off the side, down tap, and over the top 6 times, then knee off the back and step down(which puts you on the other lead just as a power 15 would).

A high intensity substitute for Power 7 is: Power 3 on right lead then step down and starting on the left foot do a jump kick corner to corner.

Hope these help!
