Alternate exercise for pullovers in SH

Can you suggest a few alternate exercises for the pullovers in the Slow & Heavy back workout? I have chronic neck pain and carpal tunnel syndrome and that is just one exercise I'm unable to do. Thanks for the help and for the great workouts!

Hi Colleen! I included pullovers mostly for variety so feel free to use any other back exercise that you enjoy in its place. A couple of suggestions would be wide grip bent over barbell rows and close grip underhand barbell rows. Take care!
