advantages of ordering from Cathe.com?

Hi

I normally order all my DVD's from another web site, simply because the shipping from Cathe.com is expensive. I know, I should be encouraging Cathe directly, but she is the one who sells to these other sites anyways, so I am still encouraging her. It's just if I pay the full shipping from her site, I probably would be affording to buy less DVD's. It adds up.

That being said, do you recieve gifts or anything when you order from Cathe.com? Or you simply recieve what you order for. I mean do you may be get catalogs, or sometimes some compagnies give gifts that you were not aware of?

Just curious. And I love Cathe and wants to support her. And I do by buying from other compagnies, since Cathe sell to them anyways!

You get a catalog with every order, they have very fast shipping, the customer service is INCREDIBLE and if there is a problem with the DVD they will replace it with no problem.

I had a great experience with customer service the first two times I ordered so now I will order from here exclusively.

If you order directly from Cathe.com they guarantee their dvd's - they recently replaced one I had had for about two years and it suddenly stopped working. I sent it back and it was replaced free with no problem.

She does offer free shipping on orders over $99. I wait until there are three or four DVDs that I want so I can get the free shipping.

The guarantee is *the* biggest advantage, IMO.

I try to save up $100 so I can get the free shipping.

Free shipping is not available to Canada. I always pre-order directly from Cathe, but for anything older, I order from CK Sales.

You can also get free shipping on older DVD's if you take advantage of the pre-sale. All other DVD's ordered in addition to the pre-sale package qualify for free shipping I do believe. So, you can create a wish list of Cathe's DVD's and order them with the next pre-sale.....or even this one.
