It was very hard for me to add pictures of myself. I knew that once I verbally committed to adding them that I had to do it. Plus, I believe that putting pictures up is the best motivater. I could not find any pics at 220#, so these are from 210#'s.
Heather! Good for you being accountable. That's why a lot of us have stuck around. We have people that "get to know us" & we can be accountable to others with similar ideas & make changes & make progress. Nice to have you.
Heather, you have been doing your squats! Great quads! Keep up the great work. It is so motivating to have pics for comparison purposes. Great idea.

Looks like your doing great Heather. Not many of us are as brave to post our pictures. Are you mainly looking at the pounds to loose or are you taking measurments? Also, how long have you been working out with Cathe?

Thanks to everyone for being so supportive. I knew you would be.
dani21496- I started out at 220#. I could not find any pics at that weight. I took these at 210#, while still looking for 220# pics. I am now at 200#, but decided to post these because they were all I had. I really wish I had found 220# pics.Or do I?
scm- I really don't know how to measure myself. I get on the scale about 1-2 times a week. I am mostly going by my clothes. At 220# I couldn't get those black shorts on anymore. The shirt is a xlarge in mens. My goal weight is 125-130. I only own Cathe's ME. I do that once a week. I started getting serious about my weight loss on the first Sunday of June 2005. I am pretty strong, I just have a lot of fat over it. If I tighten my leg muscles they fell like rocks, but you can still feel/move the fat layer on top. When we were moving into our house my husband was asking ME to pick up certain things because he couldn't.

Hi Heather. I think it's cool that you put pictures up. I have a long way to go before I get down to 200, (at 266 now), so I look at you as a role model. Keep up the good Cathe work!
Congrats on losing the 10! I know what you mean about committing yourself. I'm down 5 pounds from the roadtrip but want to lose another 20. We can both be Cathe "losers" together! LOL
Great job on the ten pounds! Just make sure you keep taking pictures, it's fun (and motivational) to look at them and track your progress.
For a great site to keep track of your measurements, go to www.mybodycomp.com. It's free and it shows you how to take your measurements and you can save them too.
Heather, you found a great website to have support, believe me everything is posible if you wish, your kids are beautiful, I remember mine when they were that little, they are grown now and ready to move out, I am alredy having the pangs of empty nest ;( and they are not gone yet! Ok, back to you, DO IT, keep going, you will see your pics before and after and we all are going to cheer you up!
