Abs marathons

I'm going to be travelling and staying in motels for work with heaps of free time and not much to do so am packing my ab hits and core max dvds to pass the time:)

I wont have any gear with me so can only do core max 1 and routines off ab hits.

Thought it might be fun to see if any of you felt like suggesting some marathons using these dvds - otherwise I'll end up just doing core-max followed by the bits of ab hits I really like.

Anyone want to suggest some long workout combo's? (crazy long would be super cool- I love DOMS)

I don't have any marathons to suggest at the moment (though I'll think about it and come back if I think of a good one). I just wanted to ask--do you have a resistance band or time to get one before you travel? I recently traveled (only for a few days) and packed two resistance bands (of different levels) and was able to use them to work out. Here's an upper body workout Cathe recommended to me on this page: http://69.0.137.118/dc/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=2&topic_id=79032#79036 I was in a hotel so instead of weights I used the bands and felt like I got a great workout with them. Just a thought. :)

Tonight will be my first night of hotel boredom to fill in so I've picked the following:

M.I.S. Abs/Body Max Abs/All Step Abs/PS Back, Bi's & Abs (twice)/Core Max 1

I love Cathe's crunch variations and figure this'll be a challenge but it's not really long- just enough to soften me up.

I'd love to know what everyone's favourite workouts are off Ab Hits - hopefully I can put them all together and do a routine of everyone's favourite workouts tomorrow
