I'd really like to see this in a spiral bound, weekly planner format. If pictures could only go in once per month, that would be fine--maybe smaller pictures could go on some of the weekly pages.
The pages should be thick enough so that Sharpie marker ink doesn't go through. (The only kind of these I've found so far are usually art-themed, and I'm not interested in them.)
As for putting rotations in, here's my (perfect) suggestion: Have several (12 month-long) rotations printed out in sticker formation. We can then choose which rotation we want to do, and start it when we want. For instance, say Cathe has a rotation as follows:
day 1 Step Works
day 2 Cardio and Weights
day 3 Step Fit
day 4 High Step Challenge
day 5 Step Blast
day 6 rest
day 7 Boot Camp
You provide that rotation printed out on a sticker sheet, and we just peel off each day and stick it onto the day we're going to do it. That way we can start a rotation in the middle of a week...Or if we want to switch High Step Challenge for Boot Camp, we just switch those stickers..
OR:
Maybe if you just included a printed version of many Cathe rotations, and then included multiple sticker sheets with the titles of all of Cathe's workouts that are included in those rotations...
I normally pay $15 for my spiral weekly planner each year to use as my workout log. I'd pay that for a Cathe one.
Thanks,
Wendy
PS Please do it my way!
