A great Cathe total body combo

I have to admit that the upper body portion of Body Max was often neglected. Because of time constraints, I just didn't get to it.

The other day I found a way to use it. If you want another high rep workout to add to Power Hour, MIS, and Muscle Endurance, combine this workout with Leaner Legs. This will give you great hour long endurance workout. You can use the abs from either workout, or do them on another day. I love this combo. I love CTX upper body, but it was just too long to use in a total body combo.
 
Jane, what a great idea!! I'll have to try that one! I love to combine different parts of Cathe's tapes to make a LONG workout on days I feel strong and ready for that. There are so many combos to choose from, I can't imagine ever getting tired or bored! Thanks for giving me yet another one to try!! :)

How Great!!!! This combo is something I have never thought about before. I totally agree with you--as much as I love CTX upper body, it does take a full hour to get it finished. That is about all I have on a given day to work out--I can't wait to try this!! I really enjoy the muscle endurance workouts, this is just another one I can add to my list. Thank you for sharing.

WOW! I honestly had never thought about this!

Like you, I also like CTX upper body, but would love, at times, to do a whole upper/lower other than PH, ME or MIS.

This is a great way to use the two workouts. I used to have to forward through all of the step work to get to the upper body. Now that I have both DVDs it takes no time. I usually do the abs in Body Max because I do the upper body work after Leaner Legs.

What a great idea! I have recently been using the Body Max upper body tape with some of Cathe's other cardio. I love this tape and tend to forget all about it! Thanks for the tip:) I agree that the combos you can pull together with Cathe's workouts are limitless! I can't even imagine what it will be like with the BB series! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
