A DOMS Day

Cathe has DOMS? Cathe gets DOMS?? OMG you are one of us after all :) I got 'em too but pushed through a hard 30 minute run, with four pick up sprints, then 10 minutes abs from Power Hour. I now must go take some Advil. P.S. I have a hot tub, highly recommend it Cathe!

Hi Cathe, Today I am working on tomorrows DOMS with some STS Leg work, a little bit of cardio and some yoga.:) Linda
 
Had a great energetic workout with Cardio Kicks this morning! Couldn't believe how much effort I was able to put in and it still felt easy! I must have finally had a good night's sleep! Tomorrow is Push Pull!
 
Okay, just finished Butts and guts a little while ago and my legs are shaking!!! I just hope I can walk tomorrow, lol. ;)
