A Cathe workout journal

Hi Cathe. In your suggestions forum some of us liked the idea of a Cathe workout journal. Is that something you've ever considered? For those of who now do almost exclusively Cathe workouts this would be quite motivating. Just wondering.
 
I think that is a GREAT idea!
But not to hijack your post ~ in the meantime, maybe you could use the Calendar offered on this site. You can select List Events, and it looks similar to a Journal. I wish they had a printer friendly version though.

Yes, I've got the calendar and I love it. I do use it to list what I've done and for inspiration, but the full fledged journal has so much more room for notes, recoveries, nutrition, etc. I use Suzanne Schlosberg's and I've found that journaling my workouts is soooooo helpful.
 
Suzanne Sclosberg's journal just came out with a 3rd edition -- one day to a page instead of 2! I picked that up in a heartbeat! :)
 
When you say "the calendar in this site", are you talking about the calendar someone made in yahoo, or is it another calendar in Cathe's site?

Go a few Icons over from where you select "POST", click on the word Calendar. It's there. You can set up your workouts there. It's just not printer friendly.

I sent a reply to your post in this thread over on the open discussion forum. I'm requesting a link to the new Schlosberg workout journal with one page/day. I have the older version with one page/2 days and its too small. I can only find the older journal at Amazon.com. Thanks.
