6 Month Rotation

Is there someplace to check in for those of us that are doing the 6 month rotation? If not would anyone like to do one?

I am also interested in doing a 6 month rotation. How will you be doing it? I was wondering if working out every other day with a rotation of STS and cardio would be okay? I just don't know if I can swing the time factor of working out 6 days a week. If I do a STS one day, skip a day, then do a cardio, skip a day, then STS, etc. would I still see the same results?
 
I put the rotation for 6 months in my workout manager, mon wed, & fri. Then I added cardio on tues & thurs into workout manager. Its my intent that I will be able to stick to it! My biggest obstacle is support. I am confident that the check ins and support from those here will keep me going! (no pressure!) lol
 
It will be fun to have the support of others. I plan to do STS on Mon, Wed, and Fri and walking/jogging for my cardio. What shall we call ourselves?
 
I am on meso 1 week 2 and will be repeating week 2 next week.

I also do sts monday, wednesday and Friday with cathe cardio plus ab circuits on tuesday, thursday and Saturday.

I haven't done 6 days a week workouts consistently ever, so I am not sure how my body will adjust to the added exercise. right now I'm loving it!

Im in!!! Im thinking on doing the 6 month rotation.. need to decide quickly as Im doing Disk 3 Legs tomorrow
 
I am doing disc 3 tomorrow also. I watch it today while I did my cardio on my elipse. I feel much more confident know what's coming my way tomorrow. Saturdqay I wwill do abs wp and cardio. We need a name still. This is so exciting!!!
 
I took the initiative and I start a 6 Monthers Check in over at the Check In forums, ladies!!! I'm doing the 6 month also and would LOVE to have a place to discuss the 6 month 'way'!
