Hi, I have 4 ds for long time and I always did bootcamp and kickboxing, so scare to do step and this week, I lost all the time but I still sweeting. I hope next time doing better,I love the routine.
Another thing you could try is to do the workout without any risers - just the step, so it is low, so less chance of tripping. Or just use a small rug as a place holder for the step. Just a thought.
I too love 4DS step, that along with Rhythmic Step are two of my favorite step workouts. I am so looking forward to the new workout that is supposed to be a bit like Rhythmic Step!! But I love choreography with my step.
