Today I did
Cardio Step/Kick-Boxing with KCM. I love this w/o. It's so much fun and one of my favorites.
I'm hoping Cathe will work on the w/o manager some. I'm finding it hard to track my w/os on the calendar unless I do a Cathe w/o. I like to do a variety and this won't be a lot of help to me until I start STS anyway.

Lucy, I find I do better doing my w/os in the morning also. It's just too easy to not do them if I don't get them done and out of the way. I think 3 x week is enough for your abs. Personally, I think your abs get worked a lot with other w/os as well. It's all about the diet with me. It doesn't matter how many ab w/os I do, it never makes a difference unless I clean up the eating.

It's hormones. They're evil! I'm 2 years post menopausal now and I've
definitely noticed an increase in my abdominal fat. I'm presently working on reducing it.
