I got up at 4:30am, had my cup of coffee and did a 30 minute workout. YIPPEE!!!!! I have to confess, though, I did WATP because I figured for my first early morning workout I wanted to start slow and work my way to Cathe. I'm not sure my body could handle a Cathe workout at 4:30am right away, but rest assured I will get her in soon.
I'm SOOOO energized and ready for the day, this is definitely the ticket for me. I hope I can continue to keep this motivated for early morning workouts.
Thanks to all of you for your comments to my posting yesterday they all helped. AND, I thought of all of you when my alarm went off this morning. I turned it off and thought there are other people up or getting ready to get up for their workout so I can get my butt out of bed, too.
